The objective of the programme is to prepare world class culinary artists in Nepal. Students who choose to study culinary arts will be able to learn about the different types and methods of cooking. The learning pattern will involve a combination of theoretical lessons and hands on training and internship. Emphasis is laid on the students being able to prepare dishes themselves.
